We are a family-owned construction company with nearly two decades experience building architectural homes.
Our team has almost 100-years of collective building and development experience meaning we know what works and what doesn't and how to optimise your budget. Over the years we have continually refined our systems at every stage of the process to make building faster and more efficient for our clients.

What is the ideal process?
People who have built before can agree that the biggest savings opportunities happen up front. Getting us involved from the outset, with a site assessment or concept plan review, will ensure you get the most out of your site, goals and budget.
We work in collaboration with the architect to help refine the details you do not see. As the design evolves, we conduct price checkpoints at key stages while there is still opportunity to make adjustments. We act as a sounding board through the consenting phase and, once construction is underway, a live client portal keeps you updated, with schedules and approvals in one place with one point of contact.

It begins with a phone call or an email. Depending on where you're at with your planning, we can arrange a site visit or meet for a no obligation chat. We have assessed hundreds of Bay of Plenty properties and are happy to provide advice, even if you are just contemplating a purchase, renovation or subdivision.
We can arrange introductions or offer suggestions for an architectural design partner and other professionals to support your project. If you are already working with an architect and have a concept design, we can provide budget guidance and work alongside them to offer input on construction methodology and efficiencies.
